Continuous improvement to guarantee customer satisfaction

To ensure consistent standards of quality for our customers’ satisfaction, Forever Clean has integrated a culture of continuous improvement and conducts regular external and internal audits. This strategy allows us to develop our quality standards continuously.  Since 2001 our quality management approach has been certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001. We achieved our most recent renewal of the ISO 9001 certification on 17 July 2015.

Frank Köhler, the manager responsible for quality management at Forever Clean, is delighted by this latest success. ”This allows us to guarantee that our customers will receive full and transparent documentation on our our cleaning services,” he tells us.

The certificate will remain valid until 2018.
